Feazible AI respects your privacy. This Privacy Statement informs you about our privacy practices including details of the personal data we collect, use, disclose, share, sell and transfer as well as choices you can make and rights you can exercise in relation to your personal data. This Privacy Statement is available from a link on the footer of every Feazible AI web page.

This Privacy Statement applies to all Feazible AI websites, domains, services, applications, and products, and those of our subsidiaries, except that a privacy notice specific to a particular Feazible AI activity, including but not limited to its programs, products or services may supersede or be supplemented by this Privacy Statement.

We collect personal data if required to provide our programs, products or services, fulfil our legitimate business purposes and/or comply with applicable laws and regulations. Depending on your relationship with HPE we collect and process your personal data as follows:

• Feazible AI activities, including programs, products and services: contact details, login credentials and interactions with our digital assets and content, for the following main purposes: account creation and management; entering into and performing agreements with you or your organization; providing support and tools to activate licenses and request support; managing and fulfilling orders ; deploying and delivering programs, products and services; conducting quality controls; managing returns of defective media; operating and providing access to customer portals, hosted management services and mobile applications; consulting; notifications of contract expiry and renewal options; developing and improving our programs, products and services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Sales and marketing: contact details, identification information, information required to purchase our products and services online, including call recordings conducted by sales data collected through the use of video conferencing and other office tools, profile, role and preferences, login credentials, digital activity information and other information as may be relevant (e.g. information from publicly available sources) for the following main purposes: sales and marketing; advertising; creating and delivering personalized and targeted communications, adverts, invites and offers; conducting marketing campaigns; managing contacts and preferences and collection and processing of data received from data brokers; generating leads and opportunities; managing lead generation activities; sales engagement activities; organizing and managing events, including processing of customer and partner passport information to support issuing VISA letters for events, webinars, virtual meetings; and engaging in social media interactions.
• Collection of your information when you interact with us online: digital activity information, preferences for the following main purposes: enabling efficient use of our websites, mobile applications, products, and services; collecting statistics to optimize the functionality of our websites, mobile applications, products and services; improving user experience through chatbots, session management and delivering content tailored to their interests; and improving marketing and advertising campaigns;
• Online forums and surveys: contact details, login credentials, comments, and feedback for the following main purposes: engaging with partners and suppliers in online forums; conducting research and carrying out surveys to assess customer satisfaction and engagement including processing of sensitive personal data such as diversity and inclusion information for UX research surveys.
• Partner and supplier programs: contact details for the following main purposes: managing relations with partners and suppliers; engaging and delivering programs, products and services to customers in which case we may receive personal data directly from you or from our partners.
• Training and education: contact details, data collected through the use of video conferencing and other office tools, for the main purpose of conducting training and managing education programs for customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Due diligence screening: contact details, creditworthiness, and other information as may be relevant (e.g., information from publicly available sources), for the following main purposes: conducting anti-corruption due diligence on third parties and conducting required investigations, in compliance with applicable laws.
• Whistleblowing: contact details and information about alleged misconduct for the main purpose of detecting, preventing, and investigating misconduct by Feazible AI staff, customers, partners, and suppliers. Enquiries and complaints: contact details and information included in enquiries and complaints for the main purpose of addressing and resolving enquiries and complaints.

In some cases, the provision of personal data is a statutory or contractual requirement, or a requirement necessary to enter or fulfil a contract with Feazible AI. If you refuse to provide your personal data in such cases, we may not be able to provide you with the full functionality of our programs, services or products.

Non-Feazible AI web sites and social media features. Feazible AI sites or services may provide links to third-party applications, products, services or websites for your convenience or information. We may also provide social media features that enable you to share information with your social networks and to interact with Feazible AI on various social media sites. Feazible AI does not control third party sites, or their privacy practices and we do not endorse or make any representations about third party sites. The personal data you choose to provide to or that is collected or shared by these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Statement. We encourage you to review the privacy notice of any site you interact with, before allowing the collection and use of your personal data.

Feazible AI does not share, sell, rent, or lease personal data to others, except as described in this Privacy Statement. We may share and/or disclose your personal data as follows:

• Disclosure within Feazible AI. Feazible AI operates globally and may disclose your personal data within our organization as necessary to facilitate our use of your personal data.
• Disclosure to service providers or third parties. Feazible AI engages suppliers and service providers to manage or support our business operations, provide professional services, deliver programs, products, services, and customer solutions, and to assist with marketing and sales communications. These third parties may receive and process your personal data under strict instructions, as necessary to support and facilitate our use of your personal data. Suppliers and service providers are contractually obligated to keep the information they process on behalf of Feazible AI confidential and secure, and they may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Feazible AI.
• Disclosure to partners, resellers, and distributors. In the course of our business operations, Feazible AI may disclose your personal data to partners, resellers, and distributors to facilitate the sales and delivery of our products and services. These parties are required by contract to keep the information they receive from Feazible AI confidential and secure, and they may use it only for the specified purposes, unless otherwise authorized by you or required by applicable laws and regulations.

Except as described in this Privacy Statement, Feazible AI will not share your personal data with third parties without your permission, unless to: (i) respond to duly authorized information requests from police and governmental authorities; (ii) comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; (iii) enforce or protect the rights and properties of Feazible AI; or (iv) protect the rights or personal safety of Feazible AI, our employees, and third parties on or using Feazible AI property, in each case in accordance with applicable law.

Circumstances may arise where, for strategic or other business reasons, Feazible AI decides to sell, buy, merge, or otherwise reorganize its activities. Such a transaction may involve the disclosure of personal data to prospective or actual purchasers, or the receipt of it from sellers. In these transactions, Feazible AI seeks to ensure appropriate contractual protections for personal data.

Feazible AI may transfer your personal data as necessary within the Feazible AI group of entities and to other third parties. The recipients may be located in countries that do not provide the same level of data protection as the country in which you are located. Feazible AI will take steps to ensure the personal data we transfer is adequately protected as required by applicable data protection laws. When required by local law, we will request your consent to transfer your personal data.

• Transfers within Feazible AI: Feazible AI has an intra-company agreement governing the transfer and processing of personal data within our group of entities. This agreement serves as the foundation for Feazible AI's Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs) for Controller and Processor, approved by Data Protection Regulators in the European Union and other countries. These BCRs ensure that personal data transferred internationally within Feazible AI is protected according to applicable data protection laws.

Feazible AI’s privacy practices described in this Privacy Statement comply with the APEC Cross Border Privacy Rules (CBPR) System, which ensures transparency, accountability, and choice regarding the collection, sharing, and use of personal data. The CBPR system provides a framework for organizations to protect personal data transferred among participating APEC economies.

• Transfers to service providers or third parties: With respect to transfers to service providers or third parties located in countries that do not provide an adequate level of data protection, Feazible AI will take appropriate safeguards, such as signing EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent contractual mechanisms approved by relevant data protection authorities. These mechanisms ensure that the recipient either relies on approved codes of conduct or certification mechanisms, or commits to enforceable safeguards. Feazible AI may provide you with information that complements our programs, products, services, and/or communications about new offerings. If you or your organization has purchased our programs, products, or services, you may receive alerts, software updates, or responses to support requests related to those offerings. If you choose to receive communications from Feazible AI, you may also subscribe to receive specific newsletters or publications. In some cases, you may choose whether to receive this information via email, telephone, or post.

• Manage communication choices: You can change your communication preferences with Feazible AI by:
  • Accessing online - Get connected with updates from Feazible AI, where you can indicate or change your preferences and provide your email address.
• Unsubscribe from communications: If you no longer wish to receive communications from Feazible AI, you can unsubscribe by:

You can also inform a caller that you do not wish to receive calls from Feazible AI anymore. Please note: If the primary purpose of our communications is not promotional in nature (such as contact related to orders, contracts, support, product safety warnings, or other administrative and transactional notices), we may still need to contact you.

Feazible AI takes the trust you place in us very seriously and is committed to protecting your personal data. To safeguard your data from loss, unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, Feazible AI employs reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures. All systems supporting Feazible AI’s operations are governed by our internal cybersecurity policies, which are based on industry standards and best practices, such as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001 standards and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) guidelines.

When collecting or transferring sensitive information, we implement a range of additional security technologies and procedures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The personal data you provide is stored on computer systems in secure, controlled facilities with restricted access. Only authorized Feazible AI employees or third parties who need the information to process it on our behalf have access, and they are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. Feazible AI expressly reserves the right to use content on this website for commercial text and data mining related to artificial intelligence and machine learning tools, as specified in regional and national regulations. If Feazible AI processes your data on behalf of a customer, we will refer your complaint to the customer for resolution.
